To make a big change, you have to change.
If you want to make a change in your life,
1. Make a decision and call it a goal
2. Commit to it 100%
3. Imagine yourself already as the person you will be once you reach that goal
4. Act only in ways that support your goal
5. Repeat daily until it is a physical reality
This can't be a "wouldn't it be nice if," or a wishful thought that passes in an instant.
Some people want something, even REALLY want something, but don't bother to put any thought into making it an actual reality. They may even claim, "well, if it's meant to be, it's meant to be." That's a cop out. So is, "I'll leave it in God's hands." God helps those who help themselves.
If you do nothing, then nothing is what's meant to be.
If you make a goal and commit to doing what you can, small or large, every day, then if it doesn't happen, you can know it just wasn't meant to be. Without the effort, it cannot happen. With the effort, it can. But in order for you to even make any effort, you have to believe it's possible and that you can achieve it.
Otherwise, why would you even try? It would seem like a waste of effort.
Believe it with your heart and soul.
Imagine it being true.
Focus on what you can do, not what you cannot.
Don't talk yourself out of what you want.
Focus on what you can do today that is in the direction of that goal.
Don't do anything that doesn't lead to reaching your goal.
Believe in and have confidence in yourself!!
Know you CAN do it and know you deserve it!
If you mess up a little, get back on course.
This is important to you and this is your life.
If you do this, you'll look back on your life and feel so incredibly grateful and will see yourself with such great respect.
