Stop Overdoing It

If you have been tired and stressing about how much you’re not getting done, you’ll just get more stressed and more tired.

Plus frustrated. 

Then you’ll have a day with more energy and try to get everything done and caught up which will take up all your energy and the cycle will repeat. 

Do some. 

Rest some. 

Stay positive. 

Keep in mind all you have done and feel good about it. 

Change your energy from within and you will have more energy and feel better overall. 

And then you’ll actually get more done in the long run.
