Switch Your Focus

The feelings you focus on are the ones that will grow. 

If you are feeling frustrated, switch your focus to thoughts of the opposite: encouragement. 

If you are feeling despair, focus on the opposite: hope. 

And if the only encouraging and hopeful thoughts you can think of are that the causes of the frustration and despair aren't permanent, then remind yourself of that fact often as you make your way through this time.
