Real leaders

Controlling leaders get respect but they also are resented and feared.

Passive leaders aren’t resented or feared but they get no respect or consideration.

If you are a leader; a boss or parent, neither of these will give you success.

Be considerate but firm and do what’s best for everyone.

Realize that you just can’t make everyone happy all the time.
