You can’t always control what’s going on outside but you can control how you react, respond, and how you feel inside.
1. You will get through it.
2. It won’t always be this way.
3. Stay aware of and keep your focus on the present moment -- looking too far ahead can get overwhelming very quickly and can cause a great deal of anxiety.
4. Know when you have to say, “no.”
5. Take time to clear your mind and breathe deeply, even if only for a minute.
