You know how an insult can really sting?

Well, the opposite can happen with a sincere compliment. An insult is a careless word…most often given without any care or much thought of how it could affect someone's feelings.

In the same but opposite note, a sincere compliment can be a careful word…full of care for how it may affect someone's feelings.

Take the time to notice things you want to see more of; kindness, consideration, smiles, and all good things. Compliment them. By doing so, you'll encourage more to appear, and you may just make someone's day brighter because of your appreciation.
