Love
The only real emotion in the world is love.
The rest are either rooted in it or get in the way of it.
What a lot of people think is love for someone else is actually non-acceptance of themselves...which is rooted in self-love. That painful needing of outer acceptance from someone who won't provide it gets in the way of what love really is. It's not painful but instead is very beautiful.
Trust, faith, acceptance, appreciation, and even joy are rooted in love. Love allows people to feel and be connected and reach their potential not just in a material sense, but as people.
Envy, boasting/pride, and even self-loathing create blocks to love in people. They create people who cannot celebrate their own joyous moments and infect those moments for others with whom they come into contact with.
Unblocking your love isn't just for you. It's for everyone in the entire world, your entire life, that you come into contact with and know. It's a gift you first give to yourself but it radiates outward as an inspiration to others. If you ever have any of those non-loving emotions --those that feel diminishing and painful-- ask yourself what are they and where did they come from? It may even be something from childhood that was ingrained and carried throughout life. When it is faced, it can be dissolved for good.
