Karma The Law of Mirrors in Karma is so easy a child can understand it...in fact, we all did. Remember when someone would insult you and you replied, “I know you are, but what am I?” This is the same with Karma. When someone labels you something (and this can be a good or bad label) it means it is in them. If you see the same quality in them, then it is in you, too. If you have no idea what they’re talking about, then it’s not in you, but it is in them. This is freeing to know, because if someone calls you a bad label, and you don’t know why they think that, you will be free to realize it’s not you, it’s them. You won’t feel the need to prove or convince them otherwise, knowing that they just can’t see it. ~Doe Zantamata |
Oh so perfectly said.
ReplyDeleteGoes with Agreement #2 of the Four Agreements: Don’t Take Anything Personally.
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.
