How to Get Through the Uncomfortable Stuff
Some folks love exercising. I am not one of those folks. I do like how I feel after, though, and overall when I exercise more.
Now most people don't like going to the dentist and getting their teeth cleaned. But it's necessary and feels better after and if you don't do it, you could be in for a lot more hurt down the road.
So, I've said "If it doesn't feel right, don't do it" before, but there are always exceptions. That statement is really about intuition, not fear or just not wanting to deal with something you know you need to deal with.
There are times when you know you've got to start something, end something, change something, or get through something. When you avoid it, it looms in the back of your mind and doesn't get dealt with. The longer you put it off, the more difficult it may be to face and to change.
If something's been in your mind the entire time you've been reading this...do it.
Take a deep breath and get it over with. You'll feel so much better after.
