I've used Typingservice.org before on a large project, but it was several months ago and couldn't remember the details of how to submit files for a transcription quote. So I just went to the main home page, and began chatting as if I were a brand new customer. Within 2 minutes, Alex had found my previous customer info, provided a *very* reasonable quote, and I was uploading my file.
