A New List


What if all those worry thoughts are the very things that are drowning out the clarity that lives under them? Become aware of thoughts, of fears, doubts, insecurities, and limitations.

Write them down.

How many of them actually exist and how many are only the worst possible outcome?

The worst possible outcome isn't avoided by dwelling on it. It's avoided by figuring out the best possible outcome, ignoring the worry thoughts as best you can, and thinking openly and creatively about solutions.

Tear up that worry list and make a new list based on best possible outcomes.

Write down what you know today to be true. Think and go in that direction. Add to it every day until it becomes a habit.
