It's a big job, shortening the distance between wanting and believing. The closer they are together, the more likely the reality will be. But don't force yourself. Forcing causes anxiety and a feeling of being overwhelmed. That energy pushes away good things and sheds doubt on good beliefs. Encourage yourself. Nudge yourself. Stretch just a little further every day. Go at your pace and build your confidence gradually and your positive changes will be solid. Breathe deeply and take those steps. You can do it.
