Soul therapy

It's good to make time for friends who need you…
but it's good to make time for friends who don't need you as well.

You’re not a bank, or a counselor, or a relationship
consultant, or a’re a friend.

For anyone, you may help as any of those at
times, but most certainly not a lot, or all the time.

Consider peace and joy in life as real needs, too,
because they are. To spend a few hours with a friend
with no drama, no tears, and lots of laughs, is really
good for us, and helps lift our moods.

Giving a friend a few hours of happy times is the
greatest soul therapy we can share.
