Life Inventory
If you decide to do this, take some time on it, maybe even write some things down in a private journal. Often times when things become habits, the reality of them changes, but we miss what's happened because we see them every day.
It can also work for giving away or selling material items you have around the house. Old clothes, books, things that accumulate over time and really just take up space. If you have some things you don't really use, need, or love, there are many people who could really use, need, and love them right now. Instead of thinking you're losing anything, think that you'll be giving someone a wonderful gift. This is also great for Karma to bring more things into your life that you love, once you make room by letting things go that you don't!

p.s. approach it as you would cleaning up a full attic...if you try to tackle it all at once, it could easily get overwhelming and you'll be tempted to just say forget it.
Just focus on a little section at a time, don't force anything, and soon those little realizations will lead to big positive changes. Be patient but dedicated to this self discovery. It's very worthwhile. :)

Looking at the people and things in your own life, ask yourself: 1. Do I love and appreciate this? 2. Can I love and appreciate this? 3. Why is it still here?
