Remember the JOY of Being



FIND within yourself:

The courage to say how you feel,
The love to accept yourself,
The discipline to make efforts (even when you don’t feel like it),
The awareness to feel and follow your intuition,
The appreciation for all the good things in your life,
The empathy to do unto others as you’d have done to you,
The compassion to dissolve anger,
The hope to dissolve sadness,
The strength to forgive, and
REMEMBER the JOY of BEING.
