Psoas - The Most Important Muscle You've Probably Never Heard Of

 



The psoas muscle resides deep inside our bodies, and can be as long as 16 inches! It is attached under our last rib, to our diaphragm, along the lower spine, across the hips and into the inner thighs. 

When it's strong and relaxed, it functions perfectly and is responsible for every step we take. When we are stressed or sit for long periods of time, it becomes constricted, tightened, and rigid, leading to all sorts of pain that you may not realize are all rooted in the psoas. 

In this video, you will learn how to easily release the psoas and relieve at least some of the pain you are feeling in your lower back, hips, shoulders, and sciatica down one or both legs.
