Letting go doesn't mean you're not grateful for what it used to be.
For a time it brought you everything you wanted or needed to grow.
But things have changed now, it isn't the same.
What used to bring you comfort, challenge, or both doesn't feel the same. Your mind and heart have moved on and it's time for your body to do the same.
Leave not with anger or sadness at what it wasn't but with gratitude for what it was.
It's time to start the next chapter.
