Handle with Care

You never know where people are in their lives.

What you say to them may have no effect, may be the last straw that made them quit, or may be the little nudge that encouraged them when they needed it the most. 

At certain times, words take on much more power than at others. Realize that any time could be a crucial time in someone's life, and handle your words with care.
